being... body, mind, and spirit. Many wellness programs come in the form of gym
memberships that remain unused by employees but are WELL paid for by employers.
This benefit is usually only taken advantage of by the employees that would
belong to a gym on their own without employer-reimbursement.
Also, most fitness
programs leave the participant's body exhausted, and, too often, their mind and
spirit completely neglected. Stress levels remain dangerously high and are
